Policies and Procedures:

Hours, Minimums and Deadlines:

• Order desk hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday
• Orders are accepted via phone, fax, email, or through your Sales Representative
• Our delivery minimum is $250. Orders less than $250 are subject to a $10 freight charge. We are unable to ship orders under $100.
• Order deadlines are the day prior to your scheduled delivery day. Please see your sales representative or call the office for specified routes. South Routes - 1:00 PM; North Routes - 2:00 PM

Terms:

• Terms are net 30 days on approved credit. A 1.5% interest fee will be assessed on unpaid balances after 42 days and every 30 days thereafter. 
• Accounts with a balance over 30 days are subject to C.O.D. delivery.

Credits:

• Credits must be reported within 5 business days from the date of delivery.
• Credits are accepted via phone, fax, email, or Bill of Lading. If reporting via Bill of Lading, please allow up to 3 weeks for processing.
• Drivers do not make deductions at time of delivery and will only accept returns with a pick up slip.
• Returns due to a misorder may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
• We will honor manufacturer defects and quality issues on a case by case basis.

Pricing and Promotions:

• All prices are subject to change. For current pricing and catalog, please contact your sales representative or the office.
• Monthly Specials run from the 1^st day to the last delivery day of each month.
• We strive for accuracy in our publications, but in the event of a pricing error, we will honor the correct price and make adjustments as necessary. We will not honor a published price as a result of a typographical error.   

Notes on discounts:

• Volume discounts may be built with sale items, but sale items will not receive an additional discount.
• Mix & Match discounts may be built within a vendor's available items.
• By The Glass (BTG) discounts are available only to customers who operate under an on-sale license.
